1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the nudtar website, mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement"). If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

nudtar reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age and Legal Requirements

The Platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and who are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of access. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years old and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
• You are not prohibited from gambling under Philippine law or any other applicable jurisdiction;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will promptly update your account information if any changes occur.

2.2 Account Registration

To access certain features of the nudtar Platform, you must create an account by providing a valid email address, mobile phone number, and other required personal information. You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your username and password;

nudtar reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to comply with verification requests within a reasonable timeframe.

2.3 One Account per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the nudtar Platform. Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or sharing accounts with third parties is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 License to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, nudtar grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law;
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, damage, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's operation or security;
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any other form of automation to place bets or access the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or engage in fraudulent activity;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for personal gain;
• Using VPN, proxy services, or other methods to disguise your location or evade geo-restrictions;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or fraudulent sources;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or nudtar staff members;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Account Balance

4.1 Deposits

nudtar accepts deposits through various Philippine-based payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Unionbank), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, and over-the-counter payment channels such as 7-Eleven CLiQQ and SM Bills Payment. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All deposits are final and non-refundable except in cases where nudtar determines, in its sole discretion, that a deposit was made in error or due to a technical malfunction. You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into your nudtar account are derived from legitimate sources and do not violate any anti-money laundering regulations.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with nudtar's standard procedures and timelines. Typical withdrawal processing times range from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the payment method selected. Before processing a withdrawal, nudtar reserves the right to:

• Verify your identity and account ownership;
• Request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations;
• Conduct internal reviews to detect fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. nudtar reserves the right to charge administrative fees for withdrawals, and such fees will be clearly disclosed prior to processing.

4.3 Dormant Accounts

If your account remains inactive (no login or wager activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months, nudtar may classify it as a dormant account and impose a monthly administrative fee of PHP 200 (or equivalent) until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via registered email at least thirty (30) days before any such fee is applied.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

nudtar may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to players from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, maximum bet limits, game restrictions, and expiration dates. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of each promotion before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x, 40x) and indicate the total amount you must wager before converting bonus funds into withdrawable cash. For example, a PHP 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must wager a total of PHP 30,000 before you can withdraw any winnings derived from the bonus.

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute less or be excluded entirely. Refer to each promotion's terms for detailed contribution percentages.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

6. Game Rules and Fairness

All games offered on the nudtar Platform are powered by certified third-party software providers and are tested for fairness by independent auditing firms. Random Number Generators (RNGs) are used to ensure that game outcomes are unpredictable and unbiased.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure, all affected bets and winnings will be void. nudtar will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players and restore any incorrectly deducted balances. However, nudtar is not liable for any consequential losses resulting from such malfunctions.

6.3 Disputes and Results

All game results are final and binding. If you believe a game result is incorrect or a technical error occurred, you must notify nudtar Customer Support within 48 hours of the incident. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. nudtar's decision on all disputes is final.

7. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership

All content on the nudtar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game assets, is the exclusive property of nudtar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The nudtar name, logo, and all related trademarks are the sole property of nudtar.

8.2 Restrictions

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of nudtar. Any unauthorized use of nudtar's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

nudtar collects, stores, and processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. nudtar will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

We comply with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), and implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Platform Availability

nudtar strives to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, or third-party service failures.

10.2 No Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nudtar disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10.3 Liability Cap

In no event shall nudtar's total liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform exceed the total amount of funds deposited into your account during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. nudtar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Anti-Money Laundering

nudtar maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) policies in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. We are required by law to report suspicious transactions and maintain records of all financial activity on the Platform.

As part of our AML compliance obligations, nudtar may request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your account and withholding of funds pending investigation.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to such jurisdiction and waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or inconvenient forum.

13. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and nudtar with respect to your use of the Platform.
